Castries Tour

During this tour you are taken to the city to visit the local market. Thereafter we go around the city where you are introduced to some of the historic sites, landmarks and a few viewing points. We then conclude by having a local lunch. The duration of this tour will be about 3 to 4 hours

Island tour

We drive around the entire island in a day with several stops for photos and a stop for two activities in Soufriere the Botanical Gardens and Tet Paul Nature Trail or it can be customized after booking if you are interested in a different stops

Soufriere Private Tour

For this unique experience we take a scenic drive down the west coast of the island with a pristine view of the Caribbean Sea. During this excursion you also drive through a few local communities including Marigot Bay, the fishing village of Anse La Raye and Canaries. On arrival to Soufriere we have a majestic view of the Pitons with a stop at a viewpoint for photo opportunities. Thereafter we proceed to the drive in volcano or Sulphur Springs for the experience of a lifetime with the Mud bath. We then complete our water activities at the Toraille waterfalls also referred to as the power shower! Our day is then concluded with a local lunch at a restaurant of your choice or one of our recommendations.

Booking and Payment

Deposit and Payment: A deposit of 30% or full payment is required for all airport transfers and tour bookings. This policy is effective immediately.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience.

Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Disclaimer & Release of Liability

Disclaimer: Simple Transfers is not liable for any delays, accidents, or incidents that occur during the transfer or tour that are beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or vehicle malfunctions.
Release of Liability: By using our services, you release Simple Transfers from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur during your transfer or tour.

Name & Likeness
By using our services, you grant Simple Transfers the right to use your name and likeness in promotional materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Transfers, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
Mediation/Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Transfers regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any legal actions arising from these Terms will be brought in the courts of Saint Lucia.
